We aim to invest in cash flow, appreciating and value-add real estate assets. Also, our niche is converting single family homes into legal duplexes by using BRRRR strategy.

Meet Kazi
Mr. Kazi Haque, an esteemed figure in the real estate and construction industry, holds the position of Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Unique 4Diamonds Real Estate Inc. His firm, recognized for its expertise in real estate investment and construction project management, focuses on the procurement and administration of value-added opportunities throughout the United States and Canada.
With a successful tenure in real estate investment, Mr. Haque has demonstrated his proficiency in building and managing real estate portfolios.
His expertise has been broadened by participating in a variety of real estate investment strategy workshops and training programs within Canada and the United States.
In addition to his investment endeavours, Mr. Haque is a seasoned Senior Project Manager and a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, Canada. His current responsibilities include the oversight of a diverse portfolio of construction projects and programs.
Mr. Haque’s industry experience spans 27 years, during which he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the fields of Engineering, Construction Project, and Program Management.
Notably, Mr. Haque holds the distinction of being a 10X Certified Business Coach, Mentor, and Speaker under the tutelage of Mr. Grant Cardone.
In his capacity as a business coach, Mr. Haque is committed to fostering the growth and development of small business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals. He achieves this through the provision of premium business strategies, leadership guidance, mindset coaching, marketing and sales tactics, and more. His resources are distributed via online training programs, personalised coaching, in-person workshops, and live events.
